We were advise the next morning that our water was on back on but the pipes burst and my sons room was flooded when we came home to check on everything. I spoke with Justine at the front desk and she and her manager was able to put us in a handicap assessable suite which was close to the door. We checked in on 02/20/21 for 2 nights and once we got there and I saw the room I became upset because it would not accommodate my husbands disability needs.
